Course Outline
Weekly Learning Layout
During each week of your learning, your course will cover 3 main components.
Each component with multiple sub-components.
Egg White
The protein and the highest volume of this course. We look at the Egg Whites as the fundamentals to being an incredible reformer and group fitness trainer. Anatomy, body biomechanics, reformer biomechanics, strength and conditioning principles, advanced training techniques, programming and sequencing session plans with intention. Science backed principles that will stand the test of time.
Yolk
The best bit. The oozey, gooey, runny bit that everyone loves. The thing that keeps people coming back. Atmosphere, connection, communication. The fun part, that without it, leaves people slightly unsatisfied.
Salt and Pepper
A bit of seasoning to elevate the flavour of your teaching and help you succeed in the industry.
In each module you will receive your “Salt and Pepper” learnings. Common injury presentations, pre-and-post natal guidelines and more.
